CARTRIDGE (FILTERED) TYPE POWDER COATING BOOTHS

Cartridge filtered booths are the most practical and useful model among the powder coating booths. Powder particles moving by the airflow created by the suction fan and which can not adhere to the material are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Filters are cleaned manually or automatically by means of reverse explosion system during operation inside the cabin. The paint flaking off onto the booth base from the filter as a result of the sudden choke valve is sieved by a vibration motor, collected in the hopper and re-absorbed from there by means of injector or manually and transferred to the system. Filtered booths are the most proper system for recovering.

Technical Specifications
-Manufactured in modular design by means of 1,5mm and 2mm DKP sheet-iron of which the inner and outer surfaces are covered by electrostatic powder paint. It may preferably be manufactured by Galvanized sheet, Plastic or Stainless steel material.
-Automatic sieve hopper is available in the booth.
-The powder which is collected outside the filters can be reused.
-Booth is controlled by the control board located thereon.
-It is suitable for manual and continuous operations

CYCLONE TYPE POWDER COATING BOOTHS

Bottom suction is made inside the booth by means of downward movement of the powder particles, which can not adhere to the material during painting process, as a result of the gravitational force. Base of the booth is inclined and a hopper is located along the cabin at the bottom, allowing the powder is collected there and absorbed by the cyclone. It is manufactured in proper types for one-side and two-side spray appliccation. Those types of booths are designed as single or double cyclone according to the method of application. This system provides an advantage during many color applications due to featuring rapid color change without an inventory cost.
