OptiSelect: lightweight and robust

The OptiSelect manual gun is perfectly balanced and weighs just 520 grams. With the remote control on the back of the OptiSelect, you select the right program.
Whether using Standard or Metallic powders, the patented gun body and cascade design ensure the optimum results at all times.

SuperCorona®
The optional SuperCorona® collects and neutralizes the free ions that would disturb the powder deposition on the object. This improves the surface quality.

NEW! MultiSpray Adapter Nozzle for powder cloud adjustment
The new MultiSpray Adapter adjusts the powder cloud in 3 positions. This benefit allows to optimise the coating of different shapes without changing the nozzle. The adjustment covers a wider range which makes the powder cloud infinitely variable from narrow spray pattern to a wide, soft pattern.

The OptiStar control module with DVC (Digital Valve Control) technology guarantees you accurate and reproducible coating results.

Three standard programs for flat parts, profiles and re-coating and 20 customized programs are available via the Display Pilot.

OptiFlex A2 Control System

User-friendly design and capacity for integration. The OptiFlex A2 meets these requirements all the way down the line. Thanks to its modular system, the unit can be perfectly tailored to the customer’s needs. 

You can overview the entire powder coating system and choose all parameters directly via touch screens of the MagicControl and OptiControl units.

OptiGun

Whether using Standard or Metallic powders, the 100 kV high performance cascade ensures the optimum results at all times.

The OptiGun automatic powder gun is compact and easy to maintain. With color changes, the gun is quickly cleaned and ready to be used again. The nozzles are removed in a flash, they are cleaning-friendly and contain a minimum of parts that are subject to wear.
