Electrostatic powder coating is based on the principle of applying polymer powders on the parts to be coated by means of electrostatic method then firing. It is generally applied as keeping for 10 minutes in 200°C. Powder coating systems are designed by our company by taking into account of the characteristic values such as quantity of the items to be painted, dimensions, operation period, etc. Due to the high investment costs, powder coating facility required by our customers are determined and recommended upon properly carrying out examination by our engineering department according to the cost-efficiency analysis.
